Certified for use in highly hazardous places, this is an instrinsically safe 58mm rotary encoder. The IBM5 encoder body is made of stainless steel and that of IHM5 is of aluminium. The shaft size ranges from 6 to 10mm, the resolution is 80,000 with a mechanical speed of 9,000RPM. The encoder operates within -30 to +70°C.
